For more than 15 years I have worked therapeutically in a range of settings with people from diverse backgrounds. My experience includes community and clinic based therapy with families, children, adults, and adolescents in several contexts including non-profit clinics, residential facilities, and therapeutic school settings. Specifically, since obtaining my Masters in Social Work from Smith College School for Social Work I have worked as a psychotherapist in the Bay Area with children, adolescents and parents assisting them in navigating complex emotional, behavioral and social issues.
I also offer supervision and consultation services. I have supervised at Grateful Heart, East Bay Agency for Children, The Wright Institute in Berkeley, Camp Tawonga in Yosemite, Crisis Support Services of Alameda County, and Smith College School for Social Work. I have completed the Supervision Study Program at The Psychotherapy Institute in Berkeley. Additionally I have been trained in coaching techniques and provided job coaching for former foster youth for several years.
