Welcome! I appreciate your bravery in reaching out during a difficult time. Therapy can be particularly helpful during times in which you feel stuck or overwhelmed.  It can also be an ongoing investment in yourself and your future to help you with self-exploration and changing patterns of behavior and relationship.

I believe in the resiliency of the human spirit, as we all have the potential answers to improving our lives but often need someone to offer us the reflective space to think differently in order to shift our experiences. That may mean exploring the past to understand or accept what has happened, but it is always in service of improving your present & future.

I work with adults in short- or long-term therapy utilizing a primarily relational approach. I also offer parent consultations for 1 to 3 sessions to support when children’s behavior is communicating that they are struggling.  My approach is empathic, culturally responsive, and authentic. Some areas of interest/specialization include: adults in a life transition, parenting & attachment concerns, trauma, & low self-esteem.
